During my 5 days, my door key didn't work 3 straight days. I had to keep going to the front desk to reset the key. I scheduled room service every other day. Housekeeping came the day before I left, I informed the front desk and my room still wasn't clean. The toilet paper holder is coming out of the wall. I will not be staying here ever again.

They charged for parking, which is crazy. Usually and place I stayed had some type of breakfast for free.......... They do have a service bar, however expensive and did not serve anything I liked. Went out for breakfast it was cheaper and better. We came there because it was close to the Keswick theater. It was not close. It could be we are not used to City driving.

Property was conveniently located for my needs. The gals at the front desk/checkin were very nice but the reservation did not immediately appear as an Expedia reservation. so we were all a bit confused. They were able to view it after a few moments. Overall stay was great for my needs and fairly quiet. Room was clean, however, when I went to turn on the main light, there was no bulb (not a major concern as there was plenty of other lighting). Cleaning crew was loud in the mornings, mostly by doors slamming. I chose to not have any cleaning service as housekeeping unlocked multiple rooms ant the same time and left them ALL open with the latch that was on door (hence the slamming doors). It left me VERY uncomfortable as anyone could enter any room.
