Not worth your money.
To start, when we arrived we had to wait several minutes before the door was opened. There was a lot of homeless people outside of the building. Once we entered the front desk person was rude. The room is extremely small and noisy.

Location was good 2 blocks way from Reading Terminal Market, CVS, Primark, etc. The bed should have been a little more soft, great size for me. Nice quaint hotel, not much traffic in & out the hotel. Restaurant downstairs on the corner of hotel. The hotel check in lady lacked customer service no smile, she had an attitude, didnt look into at the ppl she was check in.

I don’t think any mentioned that outside this place looks like kensington Ave. I pulled up and this tranqed out homeless man came to yank on my door handle. I went around the block to compose myself and figured maybe I was over reacting. Came back and a similar instance happened. I ended up not even checking in. They can keep the money. I booked at a different hotel.

I wanted to check in an hour early to decorate the room. The front desk woman was very understanding and ask house cleaning were there any rooms ready for me. I was able to get my room at 130 pm when my reservation were at 3. Very accommodating

I have actually never stayed at a hotel as bad as this hotel. I feel bad for the general staff and employees because I'm sure it is not their fault, but a management team that is ambivalent to the stay quality of guests. The room was gross, there is a window that overlooks the hallway, with blinds that dont exactly shut meaning you have light slipping in at all times. The sink is parked in the middle of a barely 100sqft room. The air conditioning did not work, and my partner and I barely slept, waking up every hour sweating trying to stay cool. the AC was set to "60" and at no point did we even hear it turn on or feel cold air. There were flies in the lobby by the food area when we walked in, but the worst of it was flies IN OUR ROOM. We were so tired from a day in the city we didnt have time or energy to try and switch rooms, so we just heard flies buzzing all night. The bathtub/shower area had not been cleaned in what looked like months. The "included breakfast" was some muffins and bagels that appeared to have been there for 20 years and orange juice that was slightly brown when dispensed....we did not drink it. We will not be back. Please do not stay here. We paid 300 dollars for 2 nights, a competitive rate, but could have spent 50 more dollars to not stay in squalor. This hotel should not be in business. Management needs to figure their life out....desk employees were cool and i know they do the best they can.
