The location was good, the room itself was dated with popcorn ceilings and Vegas style carpeting. This was hard to tell with the pictures that are used when viewing online. The room we had was extremely loud due to the traffic noise, so sleeping was very challenging. Maybe a room higher up would have been better. I wish I had known that the parking garage was not inside the hotel itself so you will have to walk from the garage next door to get to the hotel. Also be prepared to carry all your luggage yourself. They do not give out any luggage carts, so multiple trips needed to be made back and forth from the car to the room, it was not convenient at all. This was very annoying considering how much the parking cost but I guess it's better than finding street parking.

I enjoyed my one day stay at this hotel. My only suggestion for improvement is, what happened to the microwave? We needed to wake early because my daughter was running the Philly Marathon this weekend and she likes her oatmeal cook a certain way in the microwave so room service was not an option. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful!!

We were not aware we would have to take 2 elevators to get to the suite side of the hotel and it was quite a walk and a bit inconvenient but our room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Kitchenette do not have stove top to cook and no soap to wash the provided dishes in the room.

Arrived at 2 am after a long flight delay. When we got to the room, the toilet was not functional and had to wait approximately an hour for someone to come and fix it (instead of giving us a different room). We weren´t offered any form of compensation nor an apology from the staff at front desk.

Room was a bit oudated and had a funky smell (kind of like just an old dusty closet?). Light in the room didn’t work and the tv remote had no batteries. It was fine since we only needed a place to sleep for two nights/ was here for the marathon. Not sure I’d stay here next time!
