Yikes!
I paid for a king bed room and got a full size bed (said it was queen but there’s no way) I got charged for the king anyways. The bathroom sink was clogged, the handle on the door was broken, all the drawers in the dresser were broken the freezer did not work, there was a bug in the bathroom. The sheets and bed cover were ripped I’ll add the pictures once I get back home

NEVER AGAIN!
The place was filthy! There was dirt all over the hallway carpet. The shower curtain had dried blood on it. Half the lights in the room were broken, the metal of the bed frame was exposed and scraped one of us, there were bugs crawling on the sink in the kitchen, dirty towels, just disgusting!

Old building with paper thin walls and NO amenities. Had a kitchenette with completely empty cabinets- not a glass or a dish or even a paper towel . Just one roach crawling under the counter. No extra blanket or pillow. There was coffee and packaged muffins available in the morning. I really resented paying $12.50 to park in their very dark lot for the night.

The property was being updated during my stay which I understand. Unfortunately they were working to the room right next to my room. It was loud, smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was it least two cockroaches in my room. One was behind my bed and one was in the kitchen area. The “breakfast” was nutrigrain bars and coffee. My Uber drivers suggested I not leave the hotel on a walk saying “I wouldn’t go out if I was you.”

We waited almost 20 minutes to check in due to short staffing. Once we got our rooms, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the tv barely worked, we had our smoke detector ripped out, and there were roaches sporadically crawling the floor and bathroom.

I was disappointed about this hotel. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise both from A/C in the room and the unruly occupants. Also, no staff was on duty the whole night to make report to. There was poor TV service in the room without remote. We also informed online while booking that there is breakfast. We found out it was coffee. The one that broke the camel’s back was parking lot has to be paid for and we had to pay $100 security deposit. This the worst hotel I have ever lodged. I wish and hope all my money is refunded because the service was terrible. I will never stay at any Extended stay hotel again.

I would not stay here, ever. In fact I checked in and checked out the same night. It is in an unsafe area, it was dirty and unkept. The staff was not nice and complained about other guests. Once I left, the driver that picked me up told me it was the worst hotel in the area and that I should of never booked a room. I regret even considering it.

The ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling, the floor was so sticky I didn't dare take off my shoes. There was a dead bug in the drawer, at least it was dead! The bed was broken and tipping toward the floor when I walked in.

I’m not a princess at all. But when I actually got into my room after the 3rd key programming attempt, it was insane. Holes in the wall chewing gum stuck on the walls. Light in the bathroom didn’t even turn on. Stains all over everything. Everything was bubbling, peeling, or molding. I looked at the room, went back to the lobby, told the clerk I couldn’t stay there. She said “neither would I” I drove down the street and walked into another hotel that we all know of and it was a normal experience. I’ve stayed in the worst of the worst in America and abroad. But I’m not going to pay normal rates for that dump. The lobby had bullet proof glass for the clerks, who were smoking weed behind the counter. The carpet was ripped up/ stained/ covered in glitter all at the same time. When I got off on the 3rd floor there were trash bags taped to the walls in spots instead of drywall. No idea how long it had been like that.

I didn't end up staying at the hotel. The room and hallways smelled heavily of cigarettes' smoke. As moved around the room the I had and insect run along the wall. I didn't touch anything and left the hotel. I still have not received my incidentals deposit back.
