Terrible stay at Bensalem Extended Stay hotel.
I arrived to find bulletproof glass at the front desk. This didn’t get me a great sense of security I live local so I know the area. Entered the room and went to the bathroom molding was coming off the wall. My wife was unable to take a bath, as there was no stopper in the drain. When trying to take a shower, it was hard to set the water to come out hot. One of the drawers in the dresser in the living area the face was falling off. The kitchen was clean dated but functional. With two people staying at the hotel, you’d expect to have two chairs at the table, but there was only one. The TV sat on a dresser that was about 4 inches lower than the top of the bed so it’s unable to watch TV while laying in bed. The mattress was uncomfortable was very lumpy. Not conducive for a good night sleepI called the front desk to find out what time the breakfast was? I was told it was grabbing go from 6 to 9 AM. I came down at 6 AM to find there was no body at the front desk. It was dark and there was no breakfast. We’re almost $100 a night you expect a little more. At best, this location was not worth $40 for a night. I will not patronize them again. I hope all the extended stays aren’t like this.

This place was Horrible. They ask you for another $100 Cleaning Deposit for a room the smelled like Fish. I went down ask to change my room they changed it very fast yes but i felt like they knew the room smelled bad. The next room smelled good but the place was beat like cabinets where destroyed it was being held together with Electrical tape. Never again. They should give me my extra deposit for even choosen them.

Don’t stay in this place smells horrible. Our bathroom was disgustingly dirty a lot of hair in the toilet and the hair dryer didn’t work. There is other places way better to stay !! Also the free breakfast is a LIE they only have coffee and granola bars Staff service was great at the Lobby but That’s all Again Don’t stay there !!!

This is basically a flop house for people facing issues. The front desk seemed like a social service center, with people quibbling about rates, internet problems, discounts for disabilities, etc. Breakfast is in a cupboard with oatmeal and unhealthy snacks. People cluster outside at the entrance and smoke into the night. Room had dirt in the kitchen, a broken bathroom door and a busted nightstand. I've stayed at hostels that were cleaner. Just keep driving.

The staff are very unprofessional. They overcharged my pet fee and couldn’t not provide me with documentation to reflect my refund. They would not allow me to snap a picture of the screen. A staff member got really nasty when ask to speak to a supervisor. However, the supervisor name May, had a worse attitude. I witnessed them treat an older extended guest (that pay almost $2600 a month) terrible. Also, continental by this is a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to no one.
