There was mold spots on the ceiling in the shower. The toilet leaked when flushed and was refilling with water. Finally, when I went to check out, no one was the desk. I waited 40 minutes and still no one was there. While waiting, I even called but no one picked up.

You get what you pay for!
The gentleman checking us in was fast and helpful. Unfortunately the lobby smelled of weed. The guests next to us (though there was an electrical closet between us) had their TV so loud that we could hear word for word in our room. We needed the front desk to address the situation, which they did. The guest did turn down the TV, but all through the night and until our 9:00 checkout we could still hear a TV…just not as loud as before. The sink was hard to turn on without the water spraying all over us. The vanity had a missing piece so we just saw the glue from where the piece should have been. The room itself was clean. Breakfast was the most limited I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There were a few muffins and some hot drinks.

This place is a flop house, dirty,noisy, front desk is never staffed,refrigerator in my room didn't work, listen if this all you can afford thats one thing, but if you spend just a few dollars more, you upgrade expedentialy, too many options to ever stay here...

Bathroom floor was really dirty and had not been mopped in a long time , blue stains in spots. Bathroom door and the fridge door were dirty with food (?) stains. Only a blanket was provided on the bed and when we asked for another they said they didn’t have any. No one was at the reception to check out nor came when we rang the bell.

Good place for a night or a longer stay
They offer good rooms with the convenience of a full sized fridge, microwave and stovetop. We were given a handicapped room for this last minute booking, so the room was spacious, but didn't have a sitting area or counter space in the bathroom. We did have a leather chair and an office chair with a nice sized table. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating, from the desk people to the cleaning staff and maintenance guy. There is a free grab and go breakfast featuring wrapped muffins, breakfast bars, plain oatmeal packets and coffee. Staff found me flavored oatmeal upon request. If you want a coffee pot in your room, bring your own. I was told by another guest that they didn't currently have any. They do have other kitchen items such as dishes, pots and pans, and towels available for use. They are conveniently located right off of major highways, about a half hour from Phili. They are affordable and offer a good value for your money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was dirty and unsafe. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. It was so bad that we didn’t feel comfortable staying there and left without staying a single night. I’m shocked hotels.com even has this as an option on their site.
