We had a problem with our room and the manager Jamal was able to get us moved to a new room. Staff was really nice. The breakfast was nice and it wasn't to crowded. Plenty of parking. The rooms are average.

When I checked in, the staff weren’t very friendly and when trying to sleep there was a noise like a flat line machine that sounded like it came from the parking lot but could not pin point the source and could not turn down my air conditioner. I would have addressed it but I was only there for one night and didn't bother with it.

I arrived around midnight for my stay and was given a room on the first floor and an accessible room at that - it was very dated/worn, although clean, and a little noisy being right off the highway/near the airport. The second night I requested to be moved to a higher floor/non-accessible room and was accommodated - this was a MUCH better experience.
