When we arrived we had to wait in line for 25 minutes to check in, then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the room key. The person in charge was rude and not at all friendly. I was with my 4 month old baby who needed a diaper change and she didn't give us any alternative but to wait.

Pretty average, no frills experience. Location was good for my purpose. Rooms were okay - included a fridge and a microwave. Generally quiet, except we could hear the plumbing and other noises from the above room (and I expect other rooms could hear us too). Disappointed to be told at check-in that my credit card would be charged $200 for incidentals - in a hotel with no minibar or room service?! 3-5 business days for a refund is unreasonable when they could just charge for actual expenses incurred. Not many opportunities at this hotel to incur $200 in incident, it makes no sense.

Appears unsafe. The check-in, check-out process was unlike any I have ever experienced. Long,long lines of more than 45 minutes to get to the desk. (Not like they weren't expecting high occupancy). Could NOT find my Expedia reservation once I got to the desk. Poor valet service that was equally as long and returned my car DAMAGED! (But, that's another issue.)

The staff refused my entry, even though I had a reservation. They said it was cancelled, however it wasn’t on Expedia. I would tell everyone to avoid at all cost.

I arrived and found a lobby full of people waiting to check in or out. It took an hour of waiting to get to the register. Then 30 more minutes before they had my room ready. Very angry aboutit and clerk kust shrugged het shoulderswhen I complained. Only 2 clerks were working

Overall the stay was comfortable. A couple of things that I would comment on is the check in process. I waited over an hour to check in which I attributed to a large school group checking in while I was, but then noticed everyday during my stay at 3 pm the entire lobby was filled with a line waiting to check in. Another issue was the elevator, one of the elevators was not working the whole visit. Being the hotel had so many occupants I would have thought that would be a top priority to fix especially since elevator wait times were up to 10 minutes. Last comment was the valet parking, it was outrageously priced ($50 a day) when there were parking lots all over charging way less(I paid $35 on the same street). There was not any extra security for the valet and though I did not use it I saw how long the wait was during check out times to get your vehicle which was just steps away from the entrance. If patrons are paying to stay there the parking should be included or at least discounted when compared to the other lots. Other than those things everything else was good. The staff was friendly and the facility was convenient to all sights in the city. Just definitely not convenient for those traveling on time lines.
