The hotel was clean and nice with morning hot breakfast included. The staff were friendly and helpful! It was a cost effective good option for us attending a 2-day conference at the Convention Center across the street from the hotel. We were in easy walking distance from a variety of restaurants and shopping. No need to rent a car.

“I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Convention Center in Philadelphia, and it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. The staff treated me like royalty, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Upon arrival, I was even honored as the ‘Guest of the Day,’ receiving a delightful bag of goodies as a warm gesture of appreciation. The room was spotless, with a beautifully updated bathroom, making it a comfortable and refreshing place to relax. I enjoyed the hotel’s happy hour downstairs from 5 to 7 PM, which was a nice touch to unwind in the evening. Although I couldn’t stay for the full breakfast due to a 5 AM departure, it was reassuring to know they offer a complete breakfast service from 6 to 10 AM. This was my second stay here, and it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Philadelphia—top-notch service and attention to detail make it truly stand out!”

Terrible- poor value for money
Terrible breakfast selection, (industrial cereal, industrial omelets, no fresh bread…) no healthy options, coffee station always empty and cold coffee in the evening. No eco friendliness at all, the cutlery were in plastic and the plate/cups are single use only. Room was only cleaned twice in 6 nights even though they are supposed to come every other day. Very poor quality service and poor value for the money. The location close to the convention center is great but the surroundings of the hotel are not safe with plenty of drug users on the street. Philadelphia in general isn’t a city where you’d feel safe.

During check in, I was told that room service will be done every other day. I stayed 5 nights and they came one time and that was upon me calling the front desk and requesting it. It’s very basic. What I really liked about the room was the blackout curtains and a comfortable bed.
