Great Service
We needed a safe place for our son to stay until his rescheduled flight the following morniing. All hotels around the airport were booked, and very $$. After reading other reviews online, I booked with Arif (extremely helpful) at the front desk and he assured me they would look out for our son-which they did. A ride service to and from was hassel free and timly-would definately recommend this hotel-only about 20 mintues from the airport!

Liked our stay - Except for maid-service
We enjoyed our stay. Front desk and food-service staff were very nice and accommodating. My only gripe is the maid-service who kept asking us if we were checking out even after i told them we had a late check out. This happened with another family we were traveling with. Very annoying. Other than that, great stay!

Lovely but noisy room.
All good except I was on 2nd floor and people with children on 3rd floor above! It sounded like they were playing soccer in the room. The noise was intense and disruptive to sleep as it telescoped through the floor! I will ask for a 4th floor room next time.

Rooms are clean and fresh. However, my room was not made up after the first night stay - only stayed two nights. It was not a problem but would have been nice to be told before hand that the room is not cleaned or the bed made on a daily basis
