Awesome stay.
It was amazing from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and willing to do anything to to make the stay comfortable. For example: I was needing milk, and a staff member ofter walked to the hotel behind the hotel we were staying to get milk. That’s what I call going above and beyond to make your guests comfortable.

We stayed at this property in order to visit a family member at the nearby Ann's Choice community. It is modern, clean, and well maintained. A pleasure to stay there, and at one of the most reasonable rates we encountered during a multi-day/multi hotel road trip. I also use the pool to exercise (water walking) and was pleased at how well it was maintained. Would recommend this hotel.

This location was very quiet, staff was friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The only things that sucked was parking. Had to park far from the hotel at times because the parking lot was always full. The pool area had a very strong scent of chlorine, very!! It was hard to breath in there at times but the kids enjoyed the pool area, at least it was clean. Overall I did enjoy my stay and there is a Walmart literally down the street.

Staff may need some additional customer service training. They weren’t the nicest . I don’t like that. You don’t get housekeeping daily unless I guess you go and ask for it. Also our pillows were so flat neither of us got a good nights rest . They definitely needed to be replaced

We travel quite a bit. I found chair in hotel filthy dirty along with the counters, there was food in the floor The remote control had food stuck to all the buttons. I went to the front desk to provide them pictures and they asked me to send it to the front desk. Email address, which I did. No one called me to address the issue or even change our room. Today I checked out and reiterated to the front desk, person about the issues along with the pictures that I took, and she made a note of it however, there was nothing they could do since I booked through a third-party Expedia. The breakfast area was completely overcrowded set up is completely wrong. Everyone’s on top of each other, trying to get to food.

Great hotel for vacation or business
The hotel is nice and neat, the rooms are cool and clean and the staff is very nice. My only critique is it would be nice to have scrambled eggs instead of an omelette every more. I look forward to scrambled eggs for breakfast but dont care for bell peppers and onions in my eggs.

Nice safe area.
Nice big comfortable beds. The shower pressure was poor. But the rooms were spacious. Nice safe area to stay in with plenty of shopping nearby.
