I have stayed at this hotel several times. It feels like my home away from home. the entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I want to give special thanks to Kenny, who makes my breakfast so enjoyable with his efficiency and music to get my day started right. Also Ashlynn is so sweet, helpful and friendly at the front desk. Jonathan, the general manager is fantastic. It's obvious he is a good manager because he hires and retains good staff. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.

The safety lock on my door was loose and unusable. The drain in the bathtub didnt work. The staff took a long time to get keys to the people in front of me because of a frayed cable thats been known about based on conversation. Overall it was ok given the area. Food is nearby and the breakfast was fine. Their zero refund calellation policy is unacceptable.

When I came to check in, there were zero parking spots available. I circled the parking lot several times, people had filled the lot and were parking illegally where there were no spots. I told the night manager that there was no place to park, he said “Just find a place, I don’t know what to tell you.” Given the price of the room, and for them to not have parking available to accommodate all guests is completely unacceptable. And being told to just drive around and find a place is also unacceptable. Despite this poor experience, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable with a nice little kitchen.
