Room was very unclean. previous occupants trash was underneath the kitchen sink. I also don’t believe that the sheets were changed since there was boogers smashed into the sheets. It was ok for the price. Good sized room in a not so new hotel. Valet parking is $45, but you can park on the street if it is a weekend. Pool was good. Hot tub wasn’t functioning. The breakfast was ok. But those eggs; they tasted like plastic.

Property was easy to get to, Valet was a treat with traveling into the city with two littles. The room was surprisingly very spacious, the closet door was stuck so we didn’t move it in fear of messing it up and a few stains on the curtains but, very nice!

We really wanted to like this hotel but were very dissapointed and surprised Hilton would put thier name on it. The lobby is actually very nice but thats it. Rooms need a complete renovation. The carpet is dirty, doors are chipping, furniture is dilapidated. They ran put of most breakfast foods at 9:15 when breakfast ened at 10 am :(. The indoor heated pool was cold too. A positive was that it was quite at night though.

The property is quiet and clean. Staff is not very friendly but they were efficient. Rooms were clean except for the pullout sofa bed. The pillows on the bed were small and not comfortable.

Rude front desk staff on a power trip. Hotel room door was very difficult to open/defective and unsafe in an emergency. Room ceiling and ceiling fan was absolutely disgusting - dust hanging off blades - unsanitary. Card readers in elevator can take a while to work.

We like the xonvenience of a kitchen and that is walkable distance to the uni. We wanted to use the pool but went by the pool twice during the hours of operation and it was locked. We went and let front desk know we wanted to ise it and they never unlocked the door. Other than not being able to use the pool we liked it and would stay there again.
