This simple room was meticulously clean. Top floor with 30 difficult-to-climb-with-heavy-suitcase interior stairs. Good window A/C in room's single window, ample hot water and powerful WiFi. Smoke detector. Professionally cleaned linens. Amenities EXACTLY as described and photos accurate. I would have liked: disposable drinking glasses, clothes hangers, some tissue, hair dryer and iron. About an hour's commute (G bus) and SEPTA train at Overbrook Station. Bus is 4 short blocks away. Host accessible by phone and gracious. I would not return because of difficulty in climbing stairs and no fire escape from room. I am elderly with mobility issues.

COZY 1 BR - RECOMMEND
Easy check-in and out process - make sure you keep your key! There are other tenants and that is your key for the duration of the stay. Great location, and the tenants are very quiet. My fiancee and I felt very safe always.
