Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped. Only issue was bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked and the windows were not sound proof and had a hard time sleeping each night due to the noise from outside though we were on the fifth floor

We received a free upgrade during our stay because of a pressure system issue in the building and the apartment my friend and I were put in was amazing!! Parking was the only issue for me, however, there are some parking garages within walking distance. But if you are a lone traveler, I recommend parking at the parking garage across the hotel as it is easier to access, and safer!

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations! The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely focused on ensuring I was taken care of. It is without a doubt a customer centric buisness. I was so happy with the studio apartment. The room was beautiful and had anything you could possibly need. I was especially impressed with the manager of that property. When I visit the Philly area, I will always go back! And I look forward to it! I highly recommend The Roost Midtown to anyone who may be planning a trip to a location nearby. Oh, and if you aren’t, then I would! ;)

My wife and i frequent Philadelphia monthly. I stumbled across this hotel by chance and decided to give it a go. We reserved a 1 bedroom apt for the weekend and it didnt disappoint. Super clean, washer and dryer, kitchen, and gracious size space to sit and relax. I highly recommend this property. Super frindly staff and the location is within a blocks walk to city hall. I look forward to coming back again!

Nous sommes restés quelques nuits pour visiter Philadelphie. Tout était au-delà de nos attentes! Nous avons été super bien accueilli avec des recommandations d'endroits à visiter. La chambre était grande et lumineuse. La literie ultra confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super (proche du City Hall et du Reading Terminal Market et plusieurs stations de Métro, restaurants, etc.). La machine à eau filtrée est un petit plus très agréable. À réserver sans hésitation!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room had everything I could ask for. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel door due to signage restrictions and I wish there were short-term parking options outside of a paid lot.

Great Stay in Downtown Philadelphia
Our stay at The Roost was awesome. Location can’t be beat - walkable to so much and an easy train/bus/trolley ride to everywhere you’d want to go (including to/from the airport). Great feel of an Airbnb/Hotel hybrid - loved having a fully separate bedroom area yet also having access to hotel staff when we needed anything. Having a kitchen with all the basic amenities was also very nice. Did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms and outside city noise was not too bad. Would recommend and would stay again if back in Philly.

A wonderful property and experience. These apartments are just what we needed. Rooms were cleaned and ready so we were allowed early checkin. My expedia vip rating allowed for a free upgrade. Walking distance to great food and shopping. This is a diamond property at a wonderful value in price. This will be our go to location for Philadelphia.
