Not the hotel to stay at...
This was an older hotel. The toilets had to be flushed multiple times to work. (We had other family members staying in the same hotel and they had the same experience.) There was poor water pressure in the shower. The shower didn't drain well. The bed pillows were the size of couch cushions. On Saturday morning, I asked a cleaning crew person I saw in the hall to clean my room that day, she asked me when I got there and when I was checking out. (Thursday-Sunday) She asked me if I really needed it since I was checking out the next day. The people at the front desk were easier to work with and they confirmed they would have the room cleaned. So the room was cleaned once during my 3 night stay. (I likely wouldn't have needed it cleaned if the shower and toilet worked.) Since I was sharing the room with 2 others, I used the bathroom in the lobby.

One-night stay. I've stayed at this Radisson several times in the past, and probably will do again in the future. Cleanliness is the most important to me, and this Radisson fits that bill, even though there are renovations happening. The price on Expedia was reasonable, the staff is exceptional, and the Christmas decorations in the lobby are so pretty. It's a basic, practical hotel, perfect for a sleep-over, and that was just what we needed.

Our first experience at the front desk was amazing. Then maybe 4 hrs into the trip the ceiling in the bathroom broke and water came pouring out. They switched our room and in that room not only was it freezing the 1st night the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down. There was a soy sauce packet on the water for the fire alarm so when was that room properly cleaned last? There was not hot water it would only get warm for my son's bath, the refrigerator didn't work and the lock from the inside chain was broken off. Now the pool was amazing so clean very nice we loved it there and the decorations in the hotel were beautiful.. Very disappointed because they didn't even apologize so unprofessional.

Ok stay for a few days
Hotel bathroom was nicely updated. Window did not have weather stripping and the air was freely blowing in. Window also wasn't locked and we were on the fourth floor. Curtains couldn't even block out the wind. Room was cold, and thermostat was motion activated with a heat setting of 68! Not a great thing for someone who is always cold. Overall appearance of hotel, aside from updated bathroom, is that it is in need of new carperts, new windows, a fresh coat of paint, and a different thermostat for heat! Pool was great except there were never any towels and front desk just said that housekeeping wasn't there. So, we had to use our bathroom towels. Not great but still a nice pool area. Breakfast was ok.

WONDERFUL stay.
From the moment my Mom and I walked in until the time we left, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was decorated very beautifully. Really nice hotel!
