Terrible. The photos are completely inaccurate for this hotel. Expedia should take them down. The rooms are small, weirdly shaped, dirty, hot, and uncomfortable. The hallways are narrow and the elevator is tiny. We were told we couldn’t get a refund because “we should’ve been able to tell from the lobby that the photos were inaccurate.” We left immediately upon arriving, and neither Expedia nor the hotel provided any refund.

Very convenient stay

One night stay before an early morning medical procedure. The room was okay- albeit having a soft floor. New shower and faucet in bathroom. Room a bit chilly- no thermostat but a small radiant heater got us through the night. If we had to, I would stay here again- very convenient to Jefferson medical center.

No parking except a garage which for 5 days was over 300 US. When we checked in the guy at front desk belched and didn’t even excuse himself !! Our room we reserved they gave it to someone else so we got stuck with a crappy room didn’t get changed to our 3 day! Front desk staff watched more tv than taking care of customers! Overall bad customer experience
