Easy access and close to highway but not on highway. Clean spacious suite with nice set up. If you don't like eating out all the time, perfect kitchen area with all that you need to stay in for a meal or two although restaurants were within a short driving distance. There was a sidewalk around the neighborhood making it very nice for a morning run or walk. The area felt safe and clean.

There is a clear sign that states quite hours are 10 - 7, yet people were playing cornhole @ midnight. I called the front desk and they were reluctant to do anything.

The hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant. My room was more than I expected and had a nice setup. My only complaint about my room; it was next to the highway and was very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Wish I had a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

A great hotel......but......
The hotel is nice and clean, the room had everything you would need to actually live in - a full kitchen including a counter top stove, full size refrigerator/freezer/dishwasher - a nice size computer desk, a sofa/pullout bed, a large bed and a very nice bathroom.... BUT..... ....if you're room is facing the firepit area, like ours was, prepare for some tough nights trying to get to sleep. On the two nights we stayed here, people were up to around 1.30am talking like it was the middle of the day and playing cornhole. Now, beanbags landing on solid wood in the middle of a courtyard in the early hours of the morning amount to the sounds of a hammer banging a nail into the wall. It was the only negative to a otherwise fine stay, but it was a big enough negative that we would not stay here again.

I like the property being tucked away from everything, it made me feel safe. Ironically the highway was just a throwing distamce from the hotel (not directly accessible, just visible) yet it remained silent in our room. My own issue is that the staff that checked me in my first room actually gave me a not fully finished cleaned room (we have to wipe some stuff down with residue) but she also didnt understand i was willing to wait for a room and wasnt demanding the early check-in i was there to see if i could get it. As well as when i was told my card wouldnt be ran it was- when i asked to ensure they dont donit again and to leave a note- it was still attempted. There was a lack of communicating between shifts or actually listening to what was being said. Im in the hotel business as a front desk person so the misunderstanding that was happening only made me frusterated and irritable that i had to worry about my card being turned off- and i dont understand why i couldnt give you cash for the room in advance, and run the incidental on my card.. it wouldve made the experience less exhausting. You also had a long term guest that was drunk and fell over with her dog in the sprinklers, good on the staff for video taping but not helping. The women face planted on the sidewalk after being helped up by myself and other guests.

A quiet, clean property easily accessible from the highway, nearby shopping center. Quiet with prompt service. room was efficiently designed, all day fitness center, laundry never crowded, good breakfast.

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Excellent and varied breakfast choices. Located close to freeway for easy access and Providence Center with many dining options and a Wegmans grocery store was only 1/2 mile away. Enjoyed the indoor pool and found the guest laundry facilities to be more than adequate. Area was very safe and quiet.
