We arrived late at 11:30 pm to garbage night. City pickup so garbage every where on streets with the various pests to go with it. Walked into narrow entry way to garbage/shoes at door of resident on lower floor. Walked up stairs to cleaning mops, brooms toilet plunger buckets sitting outside our door with a very poor smell. Entered apt. To dirty sheets for futon bed, pulled futon out to find extremely dirty, dirty kitchen sponges, moldy shower mats, floors were not clean, and it counters were definitely wiped down with dirty cleaning clothes. Listed with keurig so we brought k cups for am since we had to leave for hospital at 6 am, no keurig. At midnight luckily I was able to broom sweep the floors and had Clorox wipes to wipe everything down before we settle in for a few hours sleep. Contacted manager that night she was quick to respond with apology, brought next day a keurig, new sponges, new shower mats, new bed cover and some towels. I was told that I would get refund for cleaning fee. I have not yet seen it even though I was told she processed it. Would be ok for college student but not for temp stay while child is patient at CHOP.
