Dangerous neighborhood. IT'S NOT AN APARTMENT. It is a room with a double bed and a single bed. Poor quality mattress,old pillows and only two pillows, the single bed without a pillow. The bath towels very small and very poor quality, *they left the used soap in the bathtub*. The sheets were dirty and you could see people's hairs on the sheets, very disgusting! We arrived at night and the key to enter the house did not work. It's a house with cameras outside and cameras inside. Everything is very dirty. I don't recommend it and I'll never come back!

Would not stay here again
This is just a shared room in a house with 4 or 5 rooms, not a studio as the listing name implies. Also not a "large family" studio, it's just a small-ish room with a small bathroom. But the bad part is that the kitchen is infested with bugs. Like every cabinet I opened, a bug crawled out. It was gross enough that I felt I could not safely eat or cook in there. And the living room smells disgusting and is in disrepair, so using the couch or any of that is out the window as well. The only reason I didn't rate it lower is that check in was easy and the room itself was okay, it didn't have bugs. But I wouldn't say it was comfortable either. I would only stay here as a last resort

The property was not as billed. It is NOT in University City. There are holes in the walls. The shower curtain was covered in soap scum. This was listed as a studio. It was the master bedroom of the house, not a studio. There is no dresser nor were there any hangers in the closet so we could unpack. There were two beds in the room but no pillows on the 2nd bed. After discovering that the McDonald’s across the street had steel gates over all of the windows because of the gunshots to their windows, we left. We were only there 3 hours.
