I made a reservation because of the price. Around the area were quite high. I need to be there for a family member who is in hospital. I did not need to spend too much on hotel. It was very nice, comfortable, and convenient. One big drawback was treadmills that was not working. Overall, I was quite pleased.

Second visit, still clean, comfy, friendly. Kitchen is adorable, and there’s a sofa, desk, etc. Nice decor in the room and in the lobby. Would be great for longer stays.

Great staff, room needs work.
All the staff I had contact with were great!!! The bed was like sleeping on plywood lol. Bathroom had missing tiles and appeared ceiling damage in kitchenette area. Room was clean just the need to make repairs to room. Over all experience was good and can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was.

The room was disgusting, there was black mold everywhere and there was an overpowering smell of bleach that made it difficult to breathe in the room.The staff was practically non-existent when I asked I could have a different room. The pool was closed, the gym had no AC and was very hot in the room. The breakfast left A LOT to be desired. I frequent this area when visiting family and You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again.

1_Two mornings in a row, we saw cereal on counter, asked for milk . . . NO milk, we saw children eating dry cereal. 2_We asked for fresh towels, never brought to room. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. Told by staff that "we are so busy we only refresh room at checkout". 3_I carried the full trash bags down to the dining area waste containers. 4_I read on website that amenities include "limited housekeeping" and "full housekeeping". I asked staff at front desk if we had missed reading something that told me there would be NO housekeeping. She said "I really don't know." 5_On one of my trips to the front desk for help, a sign was mounted on the counter: "In progress Fantasy Football drafts. Sorry for the inconvenience." There is no sense of service or hospitality at the Staybridge Suites, Montgomeryville PA.
