My stay here was alright for the most part
When my friend and I pulled onto the property, I will say that the area it was in shocked me a bit. This was definitely in the more rough part of Philadelphia, with graffiti on the walls of the building, trash everywhere on the sidewalks, homeless on the corners, etc. The train rails are also directly next to the building and the windows overlook the area below from the second floor. The parking was street parking and at one point we got blocked in and had to find a way to get out without hitting the cars that blocked us in. When we arrived, the host was nice and let us know about a tv remote possibly not working. Also helped us find the hidden room key. Once we got the key, we took the elevator to the second floor and was hit with the smell of cat food and cigarette smells in the hallway. Once we walked in, the place looked great! Definitely a lot of white, but it was definitely nice. The couch had a weird smell to it, so both my friend and I shared the bed. The bed had sheets on it and was made perfectly. Bathroom had towels, soap, nice decor, and even had a blow dryer! I was blown away by how nice the property was. I will say though that one of the bathroom drawers was broken upon arriving and the dish soap dispenser was also broken. They said they disinfected everything, but when we arrived to the place, the one light switch had brown smudges on it. The fridge was a little weird smelling as well. The rooftop was amazing! Overall not bad, but could use some improvements.
