2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Parking Policy:

Park only in designated spot; wrongful parking leads to towing and a $400 fine.

Lost and Found:

The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration.

Parcel Delivery Policy:

1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Trash Disposal Policy:

1. Use front and back trash cans. Do not overfill; use another can if full.
2. Bag trash securely and place it in cans. Avoid leaving bags outside. Overfilling may incur fines passed to the responsible party.

Pool Rules:

1. No glass containers allowed.
2. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
3. Please be considerate; avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
4. The pool is currently unpermitted. Guests are not allowed to go or use the pool. Violators will be fined $1000.
5. The pool may close for maintenance without prior notice.

No Party Policy:

Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.

Unauthorized Guests: $100 per guest fine.
Party Fine: $500.
Lost Access Key: $250.
Unauthorized Late Checkout Fine: $50 per hour.

We're permitted to host guests, but contacting or going to the front desk can lead to conflicts and incurs a $200 penalty per visit. Please contact us for any stay-related concerns.
