I booked this room for a quiet staycation. The "VIP" room I was put in was the worst room on the property and the farthest away on the top floor - I was basically in the alley, in the apartments next door. I was so far away that my room was not even in the hallway - it was just hanging out at the end. There was no complimentary bottle of wine, as stated on my reservation. And all the staff were rude. The woman who checked me in was later in the parking lot, taking pictures of me and my friends as we drank on the balcony. She did not even try to hide - she just stood there taking video or photos of us. I think they wanted to charge me for having 3 people in the room, but I immediately checked out after that. We wanted to go to the rooftop bar and have more fun, but my privacy and my safety in that hotel felt violated, and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Our time at the pool was also floundered by rude staff. It was 115 degrees outside, but they refused to let us bring in clear, basic water bottles. And, of course, the water jugs inside were empty. And then the pool staff took forever to take our order - and the server was so rude when she finally got to us (it was not busy on a Sunday). It was like us being there was a huge inconvenience for them - despite being a guest of the hotel! Overall, it was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I do no reccommend it. The rude staff, shotty accommodations, and lack of privacy make this a DO NOT STAY EVER AGAIN!
