This property would have gotten a 5 star if bathroom had been cleaner. Toilet was a bit dirty with pubic hair on toilet seat from previous customer rendering it an “ick” rating. ☹️

Clean and easy access to and from airport plus a free shuttle. Rooms are a decent size and check in/out is super easy. There is a bar with limited options and some food (most menu items not available- think airport food) The staff is mostly kind and helpful - the bar tender was on her last nerve and came off passive aggressive and definately complained about being overworked.

Although the rooms were fine, housekeeping never came once during my three night stay. The lobby bar was only open once and the bartender was miserable and doesn’t work on the weekends. Started as a promising stay and ended very disappointed. Only positive is that it’s is close to the airport

It was decent. Not the worst, but not the best. The location was convenient and close by the airport, which was a big plus. However, I would most likely find somewhere else to stay next time. Wish the manager was more considerate of my flight being delayed and missing a whole 1st night of the stay.

I couldn't figure out how to get the thermostat to be cooler than 75 degrees. Woke up sweating and was to hot for the duvet. As a result I didn't sleep well.

Had problems at check in because they cancelled our reservation without notice. Also staff member was cussing while checking us in. Area was very noisy all night with a train and loud sounds. For reference we were on the 5th floor.

I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times for concerts in the area or early morning flights. The bar was closed on a fri night and they now charge to park overnight wich is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine.

Not a great experience at all the night desk employees Michael was so rude…I tried to call down to the front desk with room phone it didn’t work we were told they are working on the phone line, so it was down. I ended up calling the hotel from my phone to report that there were stains on our linen. Michael then stated we don’t have room service and you will have to come down and get and just hung up”It’s after 11pm…Went down to speak with him and bring the stained linen he was very dismissive and rude. My friend ask for manager contact info he said he did have it…Then 20mins later I asked he end up giving to me. I also paid for parking but it was construction which limited parking spaces made it hard to get a parking space after coming back.
