This single-story studio apartment is just a few blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport.

We decorated and furnished your studio apartment for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. The studio has a full kitchen stocked with utensils to prepare a home-cooked meal.

There is a pull-out couch for additional guests, a desk for workspace, and plenty of counter space to enjoy your meals.

The studio has 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

The unit has coined laundry onsite that is shared with other units on the property, as well as a large backyard with two tables to enjoy the outdoor space. The backyard has a bocce ball court/putting green and cornhole!

studio in duplex
This studio is great for a business trip. Close to airport and ASU in quiet older "gentrified" neighborhood and five minutes from major freeways. Recently redone with great kitchen but only few hangers in closet for clothes (no storage in closet or bathroom) and furniture not comfortable for relaxing. Streaming service only with Netflix and Prime for entertainment. Wireless internet speed adequate at <30Mbps. Welcome book needs better instructions for use of AC and other equipment/procedures. Keyless entry great but I didn't receive check-in information until day before arrival and that only after multiple requests.
