I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Tempe Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. While I appreciated the comfortable room temperature and enjoyed the breakfast each morning, I did encounter some issues. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room or change the sheets until the 6th day, and that only happened after I had to come down and ask twice. For such a long stay, this felt like more than an oversight. Additionally, the lack of streaming options in 2024 is disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff, especially the two males and the female who were regularly there, made a significant impact on my stay. Their smiles, morning greetings, and genuine acknowledgment were truly appreciated. It’s rare to feel so seen and valued as a guest, and their hospitality stood out. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated during my stay.
