Avoid this property at all cost. Or beware the customer service is sub par. The women at the front desk are rude, misleading, and condescending. The hotel seems to be in a constant state of remodeling.

The hallway was a little dated some area needed to be painted the pool was clean and their were towels for guests, the room was clean bed was immaculate and the mattress was fine, the breakfast was minimal and seating area to eat wasn’t set up for guests maybe 6 chairs out with 2 tables

Everything you need
Lots of privacy, I wasn't not able to hear anything through the walls in either side. I also loved that the pool is indoors. Location is great, everything you need close by. Rooms not only had a mini fridge but a microwave as well. Both rooms we rented had a very nice sleeper sofa even though we didn't need it. Having a sit down area is huge comfort.

I was unaware that there was mahor construction going on in the hotel. Some parts were done others not even close. When I booked it said breakfast was included and that was not available. They did provide boxes of cereal and milk. The lady at the feont desk upon arrival was ok...but trying to get her off the phone to check in was another story. The light that seeps in from under the door had to be blocked by towels. Only one garbage can was to be found in the room.

So the system went down. So was told upon arrival my reservation was canceled cause the system went down, so needless to say when I booked i spent all I have in money. So was left to sleep in the streets and never once was I offered a room or to be welcome to wait till the system comes back, nothing at all.!!!

This property has been under construction for nearly a year. The lobby and all is gutted. You walk through the kitchen to get to the hallway for rooms.. construction debris and materials are in the halls. The elevator is questionable.
