Tervetuloa AZ Paradise! Olemme valmiita tulemaan kotisi poissa kotoa! Sanotaan sijainti on kaikkea ... ja meillä se! Olemme minuutin päässä Papago Park, ASU, Mill Ave, Phoenix Zoo, Desert kasvitieteellinen puutarha, ja Sky Harbor International Airport. Keskusta Phoenix ja upea ostosalueille Scottsdale ja Tempe ovat vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Kaksi hämmästyttävä golfkenttää 5 minuutin ajomatkan! Nauti tilava päivitetty kolmas (ylimmässä) kerroksessa 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto. Se nukkuu 6, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja vetäytyminen vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Phoenix this past week with our family. This property was in a great location since we were 15 minutes from a lot of great hikes, restaurants, and playgrounds. We hiked Papago Park, Dreamy Draw, Lake Saguaro, and Sedona. Amazing communication with property owners. The place was a bit outdated but we got it at a resonable price so I can't complain.

The property is located directly across the street from Papago. Morning walks in the desert, Zoo, Botanical Gardens, hike up to Hole in the Rock, 5 minutes to Scottsdale and Tempe. Jump right on the 202 loop to anywhere The owners are very attentive. Thank you we enjoyed our time in AZ.

Nice Condo in Beautiful Complex
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished 2BR condo. The patio has a table and chairs and is open on two sides, unlike some of the others in the complex. The HD flat screen TV with On Demand cable allowed us to watch our favorite shows at our leisure. The beautiful pool has cabanas, a hot tub and plenty of seating. Grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept with a pond with fountain. Yes, there is some airplane noise from PHX nearby but we got used to it. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation
We are a family of 4 including a 6 and 4 year old. We absolutely loved our vacation and staying in this Condo. There is so much to do in this area for young families. We had a blast in the HEATED pool and hot tub. The workout room is well appointed and there are plenty of outdoor grills ready-to-go. One of our family’s favorite activities was hiking and the hole in the rock hike is only a couple miles away-an incredible view and our young kids were able to do it. We used Dreamweaver concierge to stock our fridge before we arrived and I wish every place I ever vacation to would offer this service. To have groceries for a week and put away before you even start your vacation is fantastic. Things we enjoyed are: Butterfly Wonderland, Hole in the Rock hike, Lookout Mountain hike, Phoenix Children’s Museaum (amazing), Aquarium

Phoenix getaway...
Very nice clean condo, and owner was very accommodating as far as getting a k- cup coffee pot for our stay along with other extras that are top of the line..I ..didn't realize it was a 3rd floor walkup,husband wasn't thrilled about it,but I figured it would be our cardio for the day..pool was very nice..heated with gas grill for cook out which we used one day with family..definitely 5 star accommodation..

A Great Condo in a perfect location
We spent a lovely month in this great condo with an unbeatable location. This was the cleanest unit we’ve ever rented anywhere. It is well furnished, good beds, excellent washer & dryer and a nice outdoor sitting area. Unfortunately, we experienced the worse Feb. weather Phoenix had in years so no pool time for us. This was offset by Papago Park for walking and enjoying even with winter coats, We heartily recommend this rental for all it has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay!
We love that the pool is heated so that on those cooler days we can still enjoy getting exercise in the pool. The bed in the condo was really comfortable and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We love that the condo is centrally located and not far from the airport. The owners respond quickly to any questions and are super friendly. This is not our first time staying here and hope to be back again next year.

Convenient and clean
Our family enjoyed staying at this condo for a week in July. It was convenient to many local attractions. A big plus was the covered parking assigned to the condo and the beach towels we used after floating down the Salt River. We read the reviews for the property before booking, so we knew about the condo thermostat override and the condo being on the 3rd floor, so we didn't have any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We would stay at this location again and highly recommend it. Everything was great, the only issue that we had was the air was set on a program and it got up in the eighties during the night. Again, minor issue and everything else was as expected or better.

Third floor wonderful view – complete comfort – location, location, location. Everything I needed this trip was there - almost better than my home. Clean, comfortable and will stocked. Great view from the balcony. I am big on full sized laundries and this a great set up. Access to everything - the location is great for access to downtown Tempe (ASU), Phoenix and the airport. Some might notice the jet and traffic noise, but for me, it blended into a white noise. My guests I had to remind me it was there. For those that are stair challenged - it is on the 3rd floor. You will be climbing - but I feel the space was well worth the climb. Good security with parking gates and under cover parking. I could not beat the price for comfort, location and security. 2 bed rooms with 2 baths worked well. The lock box for the keys was hard to read at night. Use your cell phone to illuminate the box – you may need a third hand. All and all it was a great place. Great value too.

Perfect location
We really enjoyed our spring break here! The pool and grounds are excellent and the location was so convenient for getting to the airport, zoo, and downtown. Only downside is that it was a little noisy from air and road traffic, but we hardly noticed it after the first day. Very comfortable beds, and nicely furnished. We would stay here again!

Cindy and her family were easy to work with. All payments and refund of security deposit went smoothly. When we go back to Phoenix we will definitely rent this condo again.
