Friendly staff! They were quick to fix tv issue! Shower water pressure was weak. They had to wait to order uber for the airport shuttle Only at 545 am for 6am pickup. Fortunately, my boarding was @645 am. If I was on a 6am flight and 515am boarding I would have to order my own shuttle at my expense. That makes no sense.

Selected for the shuttle service but it wasn’t running. In the evening you can use their complimentary Lyft but it was not available early in the morning. There is no place to eat if you don’t have a car.
