You'll feel right at home in this cozy, freshly-remodeled and furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with its own washer/dryer unit! This property has recently been renovated and we are constantly working to add new, tasteful touches to it to make it more comfortable for our guests. As an added bonus we are pet friendly! Feel free to bring your fur family to accompany you during your stay. This condo is furnished with two tempurpedic beds and it is like climbing into your own little slice of heaven! Each bedroom has one queen sized bed, one firm and one plush mattress to accommodate all of our guests sleeping preferences. Along with the the most comfortable beds money can buy are 4 Serta memory foam pillows to allow you to drift away into a peaceful sleep.
Kick off your shoes and sink into the plush, tufted couches and watch your favorite shows on our Roku Smart TV with 100 MBPS Wifi speeds to suit all your streaming needs. Or pick one of our various board and card games to play on the coffee table if you want some fun with your loved ones.
In the two full bathrooms, we provide all toiletries so you can save space packing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, as well as a hairdryer.
We have a fully-stocked kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, plates/bowls/knives/cups/wine glasses, pots and pans, cookie and baking sheets, and a coffee maker. However, if you're not interested in cooking and plan to eat out, no worries! This condo is located a short distance from Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace, and Mesa Riverview where all of the finest cuisine in the valley can be found! (A personal favorite of mine is Oscars Tacos on Thomas and Scottsdale Rd they craft the absolute best tacos in Arizona!)
Your own washer and dryer are in the unit and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. You shouldn't need to bring anything other than your clothing and personal items while renting this apartment.
This unit is on the 1st floor of a condo complex. Access is through a lock box located on the front units door. The code is changed between each guest for security.
