Disappointed we came to visit grandkids to have fun in pool Expedia did not do good job being clear that the pool has not been in service since a year ago. Call Expedia customer service to check out early we had booked 2days. Expedia said they cannot do anything for us and hung up on us will not booked in Expedia will go directly from now on.

the pool was under renovation and closed...it was advertised as having a pool. I feel like i shouldnt have paid full price in phoenix in sugust to have no pool. Also, my included breakfast was an issue as they tried to bill me for it and i had to clear it up with the front desk.

Loves the property and staff. Only issue was in our room, in between the queen beds there was this red stain. Have no idea what it was but it was looking more on the side of blood. Other then that our stay was great, will be returning to this location.
