I felt unsafe upon arrival. Place is dark at night. I was advised to not get rooms facing the back because of potential trouble makers. Front desk (bullet proof protected) was empty, with nobody to check me in. Then I decided to leave w/o checking-in. Later reimbursement request for my 1-night reservation was impossible. I lost my money but at least I made sure I felt safe.

I hated it it was disgusting terrible and much much more I had nothing in that room it stank so bad but wait not nearly as bad as the first room absolutely disgusting just str8 nasty smfh y'all need to knock down that whole damn building and rebuild cus is absolutely unacceptable for any human to stay in them rooms and I seen childs there and that is beyond crazy I hated it there absolutely
If you want to be around a drug secene this is the place to be. Also if you DON'T want a door on bathroom this is the Place if your looking for a fixer upper its worse holes in the wall busted TV and no sheets or anything this is the place to be WE DID NOT STAY HERE Terrible
We literally walked into the room and immediately checked out. The room was dirty and they had I “sus” ppl hanging out in the courtyard. I had my son with me and the door was had a busted lock on it. The front desk was understanding and refunded my money (supposed to). It just felt unsafe and unsanitary.
This is a place to stay and get on your feet... You might have to bring some of your own things to make it home but it's definitely a wonderful place compared to McDowell. We are family and we will always make u feel welcomed to our home...
