The property looked great inside and out. The hotel was experiencing phone issues on that same day, but it was the whole property, from what I was told. I thought the sofa did have a pull-out, but it didn't. One of my guest decided to sleep on the floor due to that...and tried asking for extra blankets but was given the pre-packed bag of sheets. I did ask for a pull-out coct but the hotel said it did not carry any.

Our stay was good, rooms were clean and spacious. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. We did have a parking issue, our parking pass would not scan and we ended up just swiping our card again when we told staff they just told us there was nothing they could do even though we already paid for parking with our stay. But other than that interaction with the front desk everything was fine.

Just a little bit of my experience
They have "apartment like" rooms equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and kitchen, there was also a desk with chairs in the unit; large bathroom with shower. Probably a very good place for long-term stay. Kitchen services and breakfast were quite limited. They have a small bar in the lobby closing at 10pm and a few stands with snacks and frozen food. This place is probably perfect for business stays. Entertainment and late evening activities are not available or very limited.

Overnight at Skysong Element
Thia is a great location with nice views. The downsides were the electrical outlets did not all work which meant two things we charged overnight didnt charge, the in room fire alarms have a green light that flashes every ten seconds all night long. Cant cover or unplug - front desk daid ya, its that way in every room. It was a really nice hotel besdies those two things, but they were pretty big things.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and everything is sooo clean and nice all round expect for the area. There’s 2 strip flubs down the street and homeless people everywhere. Other than that it was beautiful.
