I was given the keys for a room that was already occupied. Then, they assigned me to another room that was under repairs. The third room that was assigned to me was apparently ok but as we stayed there for a couple of hours, we noticed the presence of bugs and cockroaches. I checked out the same day at 8pm as I did not feel like staying there for another minute.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. There were no staff present at night, which made things difficult when issues arose. The linens were dirty, the floors were filthy, and to top it off, there were no light bulbs in the lamps. The dryers didn’t work either, as they had no heat. The elevators were unreliable, and to make matters worse, there was a fire alarm at 1 am. No staff were available to handle the situation, and the fire alarm panel had the key left inside, allowing anyone to deactivate it without proper checks. The only bright spot in my stay was Ms. Sofia, the housekeeper. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly sweet and helpful. God bless her, she truly deserves better than working in a place like this.

I requested accessible and they didn't provide it. My reservation saod accessible. Once i got to the room, there were cups and the keys from the previous guest on the desk. So, i decided to leave since they couldnt take a shower.

This was supposed to be non smoking it smelled horribly like cigar and there was cigarettes on the floor. It was old super outdated. It looks like they use this place for refugees. Lots of people outside drinking and smoking weed. Very loud throughout the night. People screaming and running in the halls slamming doors. Did not feel safe in or out of the facility. Lots of sketchy people I’m sure I witnessed a drug deal in the room next to us. Never again!!!!

The staff are not very friendly, and the facility overall needs a lot of improvement. The entire building is very outdated, there wasn't anyone cleaning the common areas at all during the weekend. One of the rooms we reserved had not been cleaned prior to check in and had a roach infestation. There were needles, socks, roach carcasses. There was no one to complain to at the front desk when we noticed, so we had to contact Hotels.com, and they also were not able to contact the hotel. Overall, did I sleep well? Yes. Was the area safe and did I feel safe with my family? Yes. But I've definitely been to cleaner hotels with better staffing, and that actually had the breakfast they claimed to have.

I found BUG BED AND ROACHES everywhere in my room also a siringe under bed, I pay for two queens and they give just one bed room. No one in lobby after 10 pm til 7 am NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST but they charge $$$ like if they serve it Lobby SUPER MEGA DIRTY!!!! NOT SAFE AREA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Extended stays are usually a good hotel. Not this one. Cockroaches and other bugs all over the place. Called the front desk numerous times and went down there to ask for sheets for the pullout and nobody ever answered the phone/came to the front desk. Even tho they advertise 24hr staff. Advertised pick up and go breakfast and there was nothing. This place was scary outside and inside. 2 Barking dogs in 2 different rooms. I can go on and on. Avoid this place like the plague!

Roaches, terrible hotel
There were so many roaches. I'm going to upload a video about it. Even after talking to the front desk, and they said that they would spray the room, there were still roaches. And the room was not cleaned by room service. Check in was really bad too. The girl at the front desk was so unattentive, she barely said a few words, and then she gave us a room that wasn't cleaned and belong to somebody else. After we went to get a new room she left us waiting for 10 minutes. Please check the pictures that I've uploaded there's also a video available. Also there were false fire alarms that went off during the middle of the night, woke everybody up. Also loud dogs. One of the worst motels I've ever stayed at.

Where do I even begin. Was trying to find a “deal” and was definitely reminded of the saying, “you get what you paid for.” Don’t stay here unless you can’t afford anywhere else. The pool, which is advertised on the app, was closed. Lots of random people just hanging around, EVERYWHERE. It smells awful inside. The room was no better. There was a half used block of cheese in the fridge. Weird stains on the lamps shades. Bugs in one of the lights. The bed, if you can even call it that, had one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on. We had to request to be put in a different room because we were right next to an exit and the door kept slamming all night long. Most of the time we walked by the front desk there was no one there. We did get placed in a different room after our complaints, and it was better, but not by much. Avoid the headache. This is not it. Don’t be tempted by the price or by the location. I hope someone finds this helpful.
