Well maintained and clean property, responsive host
This house worked out very well for our 2-week stay in the Phoenix area. Aleysa our host was responsive in a very timely manner to all of our requests, including a couple of supplies needed and a maintenance item. The living areas are very spacious and clean, and the bedrooms are furnished adequately with decent closet space as well. The bathrooms are comfortable and well stocked with towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood was quiet overall. Like many homes in Phoenix, there is a wall for privacy around the property.

If this property is available and stays affordable, it will become our home away from home whenever we visit our college kid at GCU. It is just like the pictures — a spacious, simple, clean, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. Host was communicative and went above and beyond for us. Showers have nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Mattresses are basic but we slept comfortably. We felt very comfortable here!

Worst stay Horrible host
House was not clean. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. Rugs not vacuumed. Dirty bathroom floor. House smelled terrible and had very strong air fresheners to try and cover it. Hand soaps didn’t work in either bathroom. Neighborhood was ghetto and very sketchy. Host barely speaks English. Accused us of damaging blinds and rugs smelling of urine…she is a scam artist and crook. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Extremely Clean & cozy
The feel of the VRBO does not match the neighborhood! This is definitely a diamond in the rough. VRBO is extremely clean and comfortable. Even though neighborhood seems a bit unkempt, it was very quiet in the evening and we felt safe with the security system. The fragrant air freshners gave me a HUGE migraine, so be aware and ask for them to be removed prior to your arrival if you are sensitive to them. Host was very responsive with emails & phone call if needed.

Great Unit
We enjoyed our 4 week(32 day) stay. Our daughter(adult) stayed with us for a week and other couple stayed for a week as well. We had spent 6 months a year for 11 years previously so we were familiar with Phoenix and not new to the city. The unit suited us perfectly. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great even though neither bathroom is an EnSuite. The kitchen is functional but was missing some items for us spending 4+ weeks being at home dining people. The cleanliness was acceptable but it could use some "detailed" cleaning. We would have liked to have had some notice as to when is garbage day but we just followed the neighbor's lead. Our first impression of the neighborhood was a little sketchy but we had no issues with anyone and met one neighbor Dan who lived across the street and was very friendly. The exterior security system of lights and door locks as well as the gate made us feel very safe and secure. We had no concern at any time that security was an issue. Highly recommend the unit!

The property is nicely decorated, comfortable and the host is very gracious. Driving to downtown, Glendale and Scottsdale was a breeze. Great location between State Farm Stadium and downtown.

Nice clean house convenient transportation
The house is very clean and well maintained. It takes 15 minutes to walk to target, walmart and the rail station. We initially had concerns that the neighborhood might not be safe because it was close to I17 but we occasionally walked outside after 7 pm and it seems fine. There are many dogs around which are kept inside but you can hear them barking ; )

Cool house, nice stay
The house was clean and furnished well. We didn't cook on this stay, so I didn't fully assess the kitchen items. The design of the house was nice. The location seemed to be within a few blocks of a little rougher neighborhood but it didn't bother us. There were only a few down sides or suggestions, the beds throughout the house are really hard. They could of also had extra blankets, since it is March there were a couple of the night were on the colder side and the beds only have a sheet and a thin blanket on each. I would also suggest having a curtain or blinds on the bathroom window of the bathroom that's located on the left side of the house. The neighbors have a ladder on their palm tree that looks directly into the bathroom, since it is a nice glass shower none of us felt comfortable showering in there without a window covering. The other bathroom was also nice and had a glass shower but it did smell musty due to lack of ventilation. We ran the fan the whole time but the smell seemed to linger. Getting in and out of the house was easy. I would of liked to be able to close the gate of the yard, that would of made it feel a little safer. The front and back yards are really pretty. We are a basketball loving family so the first thing we thought was that front yard would be such a nice place to have a basketball hoop lol (I don't think my son would of wanted to leave if he would of had a hoop right outside). Overall it was a nice stay. It was a great location to everything we had planned. We would stay again.

This was a great spot as our home base while visiting the area. Easy access to interstate, plenty of parking, my only wish would be for a few restaurants/coffee spots we could have accessed without driving.

Nice quiet spot
The house was a great place to hang out and work remotely for a few days. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Despite having a last-minute reservation, the whole process was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend to others.

Convenient location
A good value for the money. Clean, safe, well lite property, with great access to freeways and shopping. Ask or look online for how to operate thermostat for heating and cooling. Has basic kitchen equipment. Bring your own frying pan and cooking spray for kitchen. Look online for how to get dishwasher started. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soap and wash cloths for showers.

Sufficiently Spacious
The location worked for our plans (between downtown and northwest of PHX. The automated thermostat was pre-programmed (53* a/c and 79* heat) which caused some disrupted sleep until we figured out how to cancel the program. The mattress in the front bedroom was hard/uncomfortable.
