GOLD CANYON LEGEND is our 3 BR, 3 BA, two story, Gold Canyon townhouse with amazing views of the 3rd hole at Sidewinder Golf Course in Gold Canyon Golf Resort. A heated community salt water pool and spa plus a club house with shared BBQ area and workout room are appreciable amenities and a short distance from our home. The neighborhood is gated, peaceful and well maintained. Community trails offer the chance to view native wildlife and pristine desert scenery. Two bikes and a pickleball set for 4 are included at the home. Prospector Park in Apache Junction has public pickleball courts.
The home's location is perfect for hiking the Superstition Mountains, golfing at Gold Canyon Golf Courses, sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum, shopping at local boutiques and dining at nearby multicultural restaurants. This home is also ideally located for you to enjoy our Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which takes place February through April.

Our townhouse has an open and spacious floor plan with charming southwestern decor and comfortable living spaces. The great room is on the ground floor and has sectional seating for watching the large smart TV. Doors in the great room open onto a patio with dining furniture, an electric grill and engaging views of the Sidewinder Golf Course and Dinosaur Mountain.
A dining area with table seating is situated between the great room and modern kitchen. Your chef will appreciate the well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prep and serve your choice of delicious cuisine. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite gourmet coffee. Counter seating is ideal for meals on the run, morning coffee or evening cocktails. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

A grand staircase leads to the two upstairs bedrooms. No need to argue about sleeping arrangements: ALL bedrooms have TVs, king beds and ceiling fans. The primary suite and Bedroom 2 on the second floor are separated by a loft furnished with cozy seating and a smart TV. Both upstairs bedrooms have bathrooms and private balconies.
The bath in the primary suite features a luxurious garden tub and walk-in shower plus dual vanity sinks. Bathroom 2 has a tub-shower combo. The primary suite's balcony views are of the Sidewinder Golf Course and Dinosaur Mountain. Bedroom 2's balcony offers views of the neighborhood and mountains. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a bath with a tub-shower combo that is shared with visitors to the home. A door in Bedroom 3 provides direct access to the ground floor patio with those amazing views.
A dedicated laundry room adjacent to the kitchen is well stocked to include laundry detergent. There are parking spaces for 2 cars. The garage has space for one small car and there is parking for one car in guest parking just past the home. No parking is allowed on the driveway or on the road at any time. There is a golf cart at the home that is not for guests' use.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
