You Won't Want To Pass Up This Home!! Come relax and enjoy a private and serene oasis with every convenience! This luxury home is dog friendly and features a two story main house that sleeps 13 PLUS a single story guest house in the backyard that sleeps 7. The main house features 5100 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, conference room with fireplace, great room with sofas, TV's, fitness area, formal dining, spectacular kitchen fully equipped with eat in kitchen table, family room with 75” smart TV with Hulu Live and fireplace plus 2 full size washer and dryers. The guest house is 2000 sq ft and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, game room with pool table, foosball table, arcade game, game table, shuffleboard, sofa and TV. There is also full size washer & dryer plus a covered patio with outdoor seating. TV’s galore throughout! - Close to WestWorld of Scottsdale, Shops, Restaurants, Golf, Hiking Trails and of course Baseball.

There is plenty to enjoy inside the homes but to top it off the backyard is really the icing on the cake. It’s perfect for entertaining family and friends. Enjoy the amazing resort style heated pool (Heated from October 1st through April 30th. There is a $150.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. (Pool heat is automatically heated to 85 degrees). We cannot guarantee any exact temperature. In the coldest months there is no guarantee your pool will be at your ideal temperature), Spa, misters on back covered patio, basketball court, putting green, built in BBQ grill, courtyard, 2 outdoor fire pits, covered patio with TV, outdoor dining, seating and lounge chairs.

*For the safety of our home and guests, exterior property front and back is under 24/7 video surveillance in the following areas: Front Door, Front of home and Driveway, Courtyard, and side of house facing garage doors and side of backyard.

Friends Trip at Casa Bonita
The house was exactly as listed and played a great host for myself and 13 friends to gather, play golf and enjoy Old Town for a day. The communication with the host was easy and I was given quick and accurate responses.

Not bad but … not for family trips. Very nice welcoming food basket and wine was a nice touch! First off the property is spacious and in a great location! All the basics are good BUT they didn’t go the added steps that would make this 5 star because it’s really a group rental not so much for families. Master bed was very squeaky- pillows were basic- stuff like that is easy to upgrade but they don’t. Kitchen has a HUGE double fridge but they forgot a freezer- huh ice cream melted etc. The gym was a complete mess and fail - was stuck in an unfinished large closet room. Bottom line is that it’s a Very choppy layout for family but great for parties and share house. The best part for me was the hot tub- & swimming pool loved it!

Our group of friends booked this beautiful property for a golf trip to Scottsdale. It was the perfect setup for a group, great spaces to hang out, awesome kitchen and good privacy in the different bedrooms. The property is exactly as nice as the photos appear. Outstanding place for large families
The house was exactly what we needed for a large family extended weekend. Plenty of kitchen space in the main and guest house to cook, eat, and hangout. Lots of great space for the kids to run around. We didn’t schedule a lot of events in the city because all we wanted to do was connect with family. There was so much to do at the home. Rental company was timely with responses.

The photos of this house do not do it justice - absolutely gorgeous! Getting in contact with the host was easy and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The pool and backyard area are AMAZING, perfect for me and a bunch of girls there to celebrate a Bachelorette. Close to Old Town but a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Perfect
I recently went on this trip with 18 guy friends and well, the title is the only word I could come up with. Perfect. From the start, both Berne and Jaycee or JC (my apologies), communicated with me quickly and efficiently. Getting into the house was simple. It was spotless, looked just like the pictures. There was a ton of towels which was extremely essential. MAKE SURE YOU UTILIZE THE MIST FANS. Unreal clutch amenity. The layout was perfect, the speaker system was top notch and easy to use for everyone there. Everything listed in the amenities was there. It truly was worth every penny and really is the perfect home for a vacation with friends or family. There was only a few things that I would ask they consider. The garage in the guest house is difficult to operate, I am not sure if the batteries are low but it takes a bit of time holding it down over and over again to get it to open. Just to fair warn you, with the number of people we had, we did run out of hot water for showers but it happens with 19 guys and it was probably good for us. The neighborhood was quiet and it being a corner house, it provides comfort knowing you aren’t disturbing the residents there. Can’t thank iTrip enough for the service they provided, as a group we discussed potentially coming back to this house every single year. The house was that spectacular.

Amazing Property - meets all your "party" needs
We rented this property to celebrate an event with friends and family. This house was ideal - had 7 bedrooms split between 2 homes - that way, kids were in guest house and adults in main. The houses had high quality furnishings, king size beds in most rooms, multiple beds to accommodate 20 people easily. There were multiple big screen TVs, Control4 System piping music to top notch sound systems, game room equipped with many games (shuffle board, darts, foosball, pool table, poker), putting green (synthetic grass), a great good size pool, hot tub, basket ball quarter court, multiple patio furniture sittings, media room (garage converted) - you name it, they have it. Kitchen is phenomenal, multiple wine coolers, brand new kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates etc), extra large fridge and freezer, 3 sets of washer/dryers, jacuzzi tub in master. tons of closet space. 3 A/C systems cooling the house very well. Bernie, the property manager from iTrip was available on text literally 24x7 answering our texts within seconds. He was one reason the vacation was fantastic. When the master bath shower head came off, Bernie sent crew within hours. Few suggestions to Owner/iTrip: - Please put a ceiling fan in back patio - Scottsdale gets very hot with hardly any breeze. - Please provide a few high power portable fans to move around in the backyard - (Nice to have) Misters in backyard to make the property more enjoyable during hot Arizona summers - Golf balls were missing - we brought our own. - No closet in upstairs bedroom with Murphy bed - suggest adding a portable armoire. - We did not know how to open the main gate from inside - maybe remote operated but could not find remote. Made it difficult to walk out of the house (we jumped over the wall to punch the code on the outside to open the gate) - What was surprising was the architecture of the house - this luxury house has only 1 attached bath - upstairs has 3 bedrooms sharing one common bathroom, and downstairs bathroom is next to bedroom, not attached. This did not incovenience us but more informational for others so they can plan around it. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our event. And iTrip went extra mile to make it more enjoyable. Thank you owners of Casa Bonita for this great house.
