This hotel is a mixed bag. Good: The building itself and the rooms are pretty nice for the price paid. The rooms have a small fridge and micro waive and small coffee maker. Staff was friendly enough though not terribly helpful, and the breakfast offered in the room rate was pretty good. Bad: the location isn't the best. Lots of homeless in the area, like in the parking lots right outside of the hotel. Not much around the hotel except for fast food places. Housekeeping only cleans the room every THREE days, so for our 2 night stay the room was never cleaned. We asked the front desk to empty waste baskets and give us new waste basket liners but housekeeping never came by to do it. Would not stay here again.

The property has done well. But I believe that they can improve with putting extra towels including wash cloths in the room, the shower in my room splashing out on floor despite the curtain. Also their staff were not friendly at all, no smile nothing.

There was nothing I like the carpets the rooms were filthy. I hope that nobody uses that place. It was horrible. Furthermore, I didn’t get any good help from Expedia when I tried to change. It smelled so bad and it was so dirty!!! We couldn’t sleep all night but we had no choice we arrived late after a 6 hour drive! We left the next morning and checked in at a different hotel! We didn’t even feel safe being there nor our car being parked in the parking lot! Very shady people staying at the property! We have requested for a refund for the horrible experience
