Everything you could need or want!
This place may not be huge but it’s comfortable, clean, in a great location and they provide everything you could need. Extra blankets, appliances galore, washer and dryer, plenty of cooking utensils. And speak of clean the oven was spotless! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property
The place was perfect for our weekend. We wanted something closer to our daughter’s soccer tournament fields. The communication from booking to checkout was amazing. It was clean and my daughter loved the welcome treats. The after hours texting was very responsive when I messed up reading one of the details at checkin. I would definitely stay there again if we wanted to be closer. Thanks again!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for five weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was in excellent condition and communication with the rental company was prompt and reliable. Our internet went out and needed to be replaced and they responded immediately. We’ll be back!

My stay in Mesa was great :) the place was amazing. But, the communication with the Manager was not good at all. She never has responded to any email that I have sent. The first was about the blackout curtains, the second was about me collecting my things that were left behind. it's been a couple weeks and she has yet to tell me where I can pick up all the clothes that were left behind in a drawer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean & comfortable with plenty of extra bedding & towels provided. Well equipped kitchen too. It is a great location except for the road noise you can hear while the windows are open, not bad, but noticeable. There is next to no parking however, and it is not assigned. One evening upon returning late, we had to park in the back of the complex and walk to our unit which is located in the front of the complex. Except for the parking issue, it is a well cared for gated-entry complex.

Property is located in a great area, a close drive to everywhere. Second floor condo with 19 steps. Condo is close to a hospital & Southern Rd. which is busy, it didn’t bother us but it may bother someone who is sensitive to noise. Overall our 2 month stay was comfortable.

Property is fine but wasn't spectacular. It's pretty loud in that you can hear pretty much EVERYTHING outside the condo....cars, people talking, basketball bouncing. Pool is nice, layout of condo was good, not overly convenient from the parking to the 2nd floor condo.

We stayed here for 3 1/2 weeks with our kids. Grocery store, Walgreens, Starbucks, shopping and eating places all very very close. Place was clean, quiet, a d the pool was perfect. Only complaint is that you need a keep to get into and out of pool. It’s the same key you use for the workout center. We left our key in the workout center and got actually locked into the pool area!!! Yikes!!! It was a little scary at 117 and my 2 young kids.

A great stay!
The condo is just as described. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, baths and beds and all very comfortable. The common areas, bedrooms and baths are spacious and the balcony is a treat. The complex itself is well kept, clean, great parking and amenities. Our correspondence with the property manager was excellent. Thanks for a great stay, when we return to AZ we will consider staying here again.
