I picked this property because it was less expensive than many of the other options in Old Town. There was some initial concern that the hotel is close to some establishments that play loud music, but I never heard anything. You might hear the drunks coming back to the hotel very late, but I'm sure that is common to all the hotels in the area.

It was convenient. But the rooms were not clean when they came in. We had to request a thorough cleaning, had to ask for supplies. And the people there were very inconsiderate of others being there. The management didn’t do nothing to stop the noise level.

Property was in a great location, easily walkable to a variety of interests. The breakfast had a big variety of options and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool between exploring. We will be back next time we're in scottadale.

Overall it was fine. Could use some upgrades. The pool area did not have enough chairs or towels. Asked for towels took over an hour until they showed up. Asked front desk 3 times for hand towels and wash clothes. Eventually I went to desk and got them. The rooms were spacious and for the most part were fine. Carpets are old and need replacing.

amazing place. it’s like a high end apartment complex with 6 separate buildings. The hot tub is pretty much a mini swimming pool. the room was big. 2 tvs. kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. the breakfast was actually pretty good. most hotels the eggs taste like that powdered stuff. this was higher quality food.

There was no soap in the shower or kitchen. The shower had mold. The bathroom sink was clogged. The towels had nasty stains. At least the sheets seemed clean.

Wi-Fi was a little slow but the breakfast was all right and we enjoyed her stay here in a great area. One thing to notice that there are no elevators so it can be a little bit hard to get to the second floor. The rooms themselves were equipped with tons of stuff in the kitchen which was nice
