The person that checked me in was a cool guy he had dreads. However there was a young lady who worked the night shift, and she was never at the desk, I had to go back into the office to get her to come do her job. The breakfast was ok, the other staffs were nice

Front desk lady was SUPER NICE!! Hotel was very clean! Nice neighborhood, felt very safe. I didn’t make it to breakfast so I can’t comment. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Holly the manager is awful at customer service.room was filthy when we checked in. Couldnt open shade in room control wouldn't work. Toilet overflowed 3 times...no hot water in shower. Fumes from carpet laying were HORRIBLE

I was at the Hampton Inn for business, and ended up needing to stick around the hotel until 3pm, not only was my room nice, but I was able to work from the breakfast area without any strange looks after check out time.
