I didn't even get to stay at this hotel because the car got the front desk canceled my reservation because he would not let me wait 3 hours until the store opened to get cash for my deposit

Moldy Motel not HAMPTON
Everything smelled awful. Hallways and room was filled with a smoke, musty, moldy smell. The sheets smelled like mildew and had blood like spots/stains. The restroom was disgusting, toilet not cleaned the shower had hairs everywhere. We had to go to the store and get fabreeze just to be able to stay thru the night. This was NOT a Hampton experience. It was definitely more like a motel. Awful awful awful. Never again.

Get better pillows
Hampton Inns have been my first choice for a long time but I have to offer this criticism. The pillows in most of my stays are flat and very uncomfortable.

I had a 3-1/2 week extended stay. After a week, I took my “do not disturb” sign in so they could clean. When I returned, they had only thrown out the garbage and replenished with a few towels. The bed hadn’t even been made. After another 4-5 days, I took the sign in again and requested at the front desk if they could clean the bathroom. They only replaced the sheets, garbage & towels. The bathroom counters, tub and toilet hadn’t even been cleaned and there was still the used coffee cup on the counter. I won’t be staying here in the future.

The Hotel and Rooms furniture is not according Hampton INN Standards. Carpet in the Rooms so DIRTY and Old, same the SOFA. TV Very Small, ELEVATORS are on Very Bad conditions, looks so old and lack of Maintenance, very noisy... They did not provide the Housekeeping Room on daily basis, They said their standard is every 2 days provide the Room Cleaning Service.. Buyt They did not provide change of towels

The room smelled like dog urine cause it’s pet friendly.. very strong odor and the ac was making a strange sound ., Told the front receptionist and she didn’t really bother to comment much .. I had to book somewhere else for the next 2 nights.

The Good: Friendly and attentive staff. Continental breakfast was more than I expected (with eggs and sausage, muffins, waffles, cereal fruit, yogurt, beverages, etc.). The place was pretty clean and felt safe. The Bad: Parking is very overpriced at $15 per day, especially for how empty their parking lot was for the duration of our stay. Overdue for some updates / renovations. Pool closes at 10 pm.
