Staff was kind and knowledgeable. The room clean and well stocked, and the water was hot and pressure was good ( a particular pet peeve of mine). The text verifying the accommodations were up to expectations was an excellent tool and reassured me that all my needs would be addressed. I'll be back, especially for coffee and warm cookies.
Would have been 5 star and this is what looked to me to be a new hotel and was just awesome. Cookies (awesome chocolate chip) and coffee in the dining area at check in time. Would be 4-3/4 stars if I could have. Only issue was the below window ac/heat unit panel controls were disabled (purposely) but run by a digital thermostat unit - no matter what I did to get it to shut off from cool or heat, it would quit cooling or heating however is kept cycling air at all times so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep but probably not bad for most folks.
The layout of my room was really great. The kitchenette was just inside the door and the bed and bath were around the corner so there was no light or corridor noise to disturb my sleep. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. The only missing item was a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was as expected but the coffee was meh. There are several nearby coffee shops to get the real thing.

Overall my stay was good. The place is clean. Breakfast was very good. Well stocked with many options. I checked in on a Sunday at 5pm; the process took over an hour. Ken was the only office person on staff, he had a line of customers 4 - 5 people long. The manager, kept calling him on his cell phone asking for different things. Because it was "his manager' he had to help him first. WRONG! The Manager should have come out of his office and helped Ken get the customers checked in and settled. Customers were becoming inpatient and upset at Ken. Poor guy, he was doing his best. NOTE: a manager / service rep should always put the in-person customer FIRST!
The hotel was clean, and comfortable. I liked all the soaps being animal cruelty free, and free of chemicals. Free coffee all day too. The customer service was excellent each time we talked to staff.
