We were really disappointed, the pictures were nice but the room was really bad. It’s in need of renovations and we even paid for an upgraded room and got something pretty poor. The facilities are nice but we also had a few hours without water.

It is observed that many establishments, particularly the gymnasium, close prematurely. Furthermore, numerous items advertised online are either unavailable or not situated at the specified location. Additionally, a greater selection of dining establishments ought to be situated at this location, in addition to "Hole in the Wall."

We stayed here for 4 nights it was and found the pools and resort was great for families and especially for kids. We stayed during the Christmas holidays and the weather was fair the pools are heated, the area around the hotel has good dinning options and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. Rooms and hotel are slightly dated but we specifically chose this hotel because of the facility being great for families and kids etc. id recomend this property for sure!

The property is very warn and dirty. Staff was very nice and accommodating, however we were not overall pleased with the cleanliness and readiness of the rooms. We saw three dirty room before finally settling in a fourth. We were traveling with a child and did not want to continue a search for a clean room at midnight.
