Prior to arriving, I called to confirm our arrival within the hour. The man who took my call was so rude & nasty. We had a bad connection and I could not hear what he was saying. I told him I could not hear him. He very rudly told me to stop interrupting him. As a guest Ive never been treated so bad. Upon arrival the front desk staff (Serena) was amazing, very welcoming and very helpful.

No refrigerator in room as shown in pictures. Showed a decorative blanket on end od bed, was just plain white, no do not disturb sign in room. Constant leaking. Drip in bathtub. Breakfast eggs and sausage ice cold. Was not impressed.

The property looks wonderful. The decor is beautiful, and the entire hotel is kept in immaculate shape.......except for the elevators! You have done a wonderful job of decorating, but you need to spend a couple bucks and upgrade the appearance of the elevators!!! At least paint the walls!

The front elevator was closed so we had to walk to the very back of the hotel each time . Also the food at the breakfast bar was horrible! Staff was outstanding and very friendly and polite!

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that they are a pet friendly hotel. This location does need some upgrades around the property but it was a very pleasant stay.
