This location is ideal for those who want to be within striking distance of Scottsdale's nightlife and culinary scenes, while maintaining privacy and quiet at night.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, we are a 10 minute walk to a strip of dozens of bars and restaurants, and the 72 Bus takes you straight to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.
For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
