These units feature a large studio layout with a full-size kitchen and either a King or Queen size bed. The studios can accommodate 2-4 guests, with a maximum of 4 allowed. These units are typically booked by long-term guests and have seen high turnover. The furniture is less than 5 years old but starting to show its age. Common complaints include noise and smells from neighbors, occasional fire alarms, proximity to the freeway, summer pests like ants, and battery issues with the locks. The carpet is showing its age and may have varying levels of staining. We are gradually transitioning to hard flooring, but your assigned unit will most likely have carpet. Guests have been hard on these units, and there may be varying levels of deferred maintenance. The pictures are representative of the unit, but please do not expect a perfectly renovated luxury unit. However, you can expect a safe and comfortable unit in a central location, equipped with everything you need for your long-term stay. We are highly responsive, and if any issues arise, we have an office, full-time security, and maintenance staff on site to assist.
Welcome to Metro Phoenix: We specialize in all-inclusive living. Pets under 40 lbs are allowed with this listing (no cats, please). These studios are exterior entry units, located downstairs with a queen bed, and in close proximity to our beautiful dog park and amenities—perfect for pet owners. We have multiple ADA-compliant units upon request and availability.
Our unit community has been remodeled with modern features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, commercial-grade carpet, and designer furnishings. Our pool is heated year-round to 86 degrees. Additionally, all of our kitchens are fully stocked, and the living room couch converts into a queen-size bed. You will enjoy Cox cable with a premium package and broadband internet speeds ranging from 10 to 200 MB+ with no downtime (Cox 1GB Fiber with a $35k Ruckus industrial system). As of April 2021, our pool is heated to 80 degrees year-round.

Amenities: Our facilities are unmatched and include a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ with outdoor seating, a sports court, gym, and business centers for both small and large gatherings. We can accommodate a wide range of events. Please note that we are situated in an urban city location, close to the freeway.
Location: We are as centrally located as you can be in Phoenix. Situated right off the I-17 freeway, you are 15 minutes away from key areas, including the airport, Camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. However, freeway noise may be noticeable, so if you're sensitive to sound, you may want to consider other options. Homeless individuals may be visible at the freeway exit, which is part of Phoenix’s current housing crisis. While marijuana is legal in Arizona, some people abuse the privilege. Although we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy, you may catch the scent of marijuana smoke from guests breaking this rule. We do our best to maintain the no-smoking policy and provide full-time security along with a 50-camera CCTV system for guest peace of mind.
Additional Details: Please note that we are not a hotel and do not offer daily maid, towel, or linen service. We will not refill toilet paper, dishwasher soap, or other supplies after the initial set provided, which is enough for a short-term stay. If you are staying longer than the weekend, you may need to make a trip to Walmart during your first week.
Fine Print:
We accept one pet with a maximum weight of 30 lbs. A second pet is allowed under certain conditions (mature and well-trained).
We do not provide daily maid or linen service after check-in. Units are cleaned before your arrival and after check-out only.
We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, or similar supplies.
We focus on stays of 5+ days but also host 2-day stays. Shorter-term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel.
Internet speeds may vary, despite subscribing to Cox 1GB. We do not guarantee speed consistency and do not offer refunds for slow internet speeds.
Guest Experience: Our complex is clean and secure, and 99% of our guests have a great stay. Negative feedback typically comes from guests staying fewer than 3 days, larger families, or those with mismatched expectations. We want to be transparent about our offerings, so here’s some important information:
The photos were taken in June 2021, and while recent, our photographer is excellent, and some guests have mentioned that the images look better than reality.
Phoenix is experiencing a housing crisis, so you may see homeless individuals at many of our iconic locations like 101/Frank Lloyd Wright in Scottsdale and 101/Warner in Tempe. Our area is no exception. You may encounter homeless individuals near the exit to our complex or on Frontage Rd. We manage this with on-site security, but it's a fact of life in Phoenix, which some out-of-state guests may not appreciate.
We have 168 units and are generally booked up. We screen all guests and have a strict no smoking, drug, and public alcohol policy. However, some guests break the rules, and we've had to cancel reservations because of smoking violations.
Our 1bd and 2bd units are located in interior corridor spaces, which means you may hear noise from upstairs neighbors, domestic disputes, or trash left in hallways. We have strict rules to maintain cleanliness and order, but occasional disturbances can happen.
The Bottom Line: If you're expecting a quiet, off-the-beaten-path bungalow B&B, this is not the place for you. However, we are clean, modern, affordable, and offer fantastic amenities. Our units are professionally cleaned and sanitized, and we have on-site office and maintenance staff available to address guest needs. We care deeply about our guests and strive to provide a positive experience, which is reflected in our overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Guest Access: We provide a 100% automated check-in process. If you'd like to visit us during your stay, feel free to stop by the office. Otherwise, you'll be in and out with ease. A unique code will be sent to you in advance, which you can use to access your unit.
