This property is dirty and unkept. The front desk is only there during day - sometimes - not all of the time. The rooms are filthy with furniture that is terribly stained and torn up. The first room I was asssigned smelled like a smoking room. The kitchens have almost no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. So while there is technically a kitchen (minus oven) - there is no way to use it because there are no utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a coffee maker but no coffee cups! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on next door, above you and below you. I wouldn't want to have kids around this place.

There are many shopping centers around that will keep you outside enjoying the weather and friendly locals but when you do return to your room it will be quiet all hours and even has a pool next to a gated area good for the kids to play or even enjoy a nice jog

I really enjoyed my visiting to Arizona from Houston and the maintenance guy Dimitri was very helpful in fixing any and every little thing that I felt needed fixing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The property is in desperate need of renovation. All of the furniture is banged up and none of it matches. Some of the pieces to the countertop's were missing, as well as the fronts to some of the cabinets. Right outside the doors of the building it smells heavily of dog urine and feces. The interior halls smell absolutely terrible, the walls are all banged up and the carpet is VERY old. But the interior of the rooms appeared to be clean and at the end of the day I had a place to lay my head. It was a last minute stay and very cheap for the area. A lot of the people staying there appeared to be very shady. It was quiet and I was able to sleep well.

Be better with your dogs in public places

It was great for the price and location. The one thing i wish was different was the way people handled their dogs. Thankfully it was a pet friendly place but as i got out of my room with my little 9 pound rescue half chihuahua, a group of people were together with their dogs without leash playing on the second floor. Thankfully i had my dog in my arm but it could have ended up badly as my rescue has fear aggression with dogs. People should never do something like that with their pets. Animals are all different and to be in an unknown environment surrounded by dogs with no leash can be scary for some dogs. One of the dog came barking at us without a leash and had the leave fast. Please people be better with your dogs. They don’t need all that, they need structure and not to be put in unknown situations.

The location was convenient to my family and shopping. The apartment itself was in bad condition, only one sharp knife, no lid for large pan, no potholders, refrigerator in bad condition and made irritating noises often. Bathtub would not hold water. No clothe hangers in closet. Window curtains were outdated and not hung properly. All drawers in Nite stand on left side were broken-could not be used. Complex did not offer to replace it for our stay. Blankets for bed were well used. Office only open 9 am till 5 pm - inconvenient for when items were needed. Had to go to the front desk often to get necessary items like iron and hair dryer. Overall an unpleasant stay.

I dont like to leave negative comments. The property is mis represented on the booking site. Clearly states Breakfast . . . There is no breakfast. And if you love fabreeze this is the place for you the whole place absolutely STINKS OF IT.

Zero customer service, Bugs, long curly hair in the "new towels", the hallways absolutely reek. This place is cheap for a reason and god forbid you ever have an issue because Management will not get back to you even if you reach out everyday for a whole week. I will never stay here again and i want to warn other people to not stay here. It wont let me upload any photos. But I have some of the bugs and hairs throughout the towels. Again do your self a favor and stay away from this disgusting hotel
