Please note: This is a very quiet, family condo community. Due to the courtyard layout, sound travels very easily throughout the complex. We ask that you please keep the noise to a minimum and respect your neighbors space. More than one noise complaint will result in immediate termination of your reservation. Thank you for understanding.
-NOTE: The entire complex is on a system where it can only be on heating or cooling not both and has to be switched over and the switchover date cannot be guaranteed but is usually sometime in March and November depending on temps.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
-NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
