The expansive backyard with mountain views is big enough to allow for quiet relaxation and festive get-togethers. Featuring a large pool, a putting green, a fire pit, a cornhole set, and many other games, there’s something fun for the whole group. The BBQ and outdoor dining area are great for dinner parties, and the secluded gazebo offers you all the privacy you crave. There’s also plenty of room for everyone indoors. Our home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen guaranteed to bring out the chef within, and a living room made for comfy lounging by the fireplace. It really is heaven on earth.
Paradise Valley is only 1.5 miles from great restaurants and bars in Old Town Scottsdale and a short drive to world-class golf courses, luxury spas and adventure hikes. We are located 4.5 miles from the Scottsdale Stadium and 15 miles from downtown Phoenix and the airport.

- Pool and spa heat is not available between April 15th and October 1st.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note that we cannot provide a pool barrier fence at this property. We do not recommend this property for children under 6 years of age. Per requirements in the cities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Phoenix we utilize door alarms for all doors with access to the pool area.
- The fireplace is currently non-operational
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
Parking Details:
Guests have access to the 3 car garage and the driveway holds up to 3 cars. On-Street parking is always available and you should have no trouble parking 1-2 additional cars.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
